​Legal Counsel, Basel (Closed)

Provide expert legal guidance, review contracts, ensure compliance, manage disputes, and advise on corporate and regulatory matters.

 

Forensic Accountant, Geneva (Closed)

Conduct financial investigations, analyse complex records, and provide insights to resolve corporate fraud and regulatory cases.

 

Digital Forensic Investigator, Basel (Closed)

Lead digital forensic investigations, analyse electronic evidence, and support cross-functional forensic teams to resolve technical and financial crimes.

 

Legal Compliance Specialist, Basel (Closed)

Conduct compliance audits, AML and bribery prevention training, identify risks, and advise clients on regulatory matters.

 

Qualifications & Requirements

 

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Swiss/Common Law lawyer, CIMA, ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFE)

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience depending on the role

• Fluency in German and English (additional languages are a plus)

• Swiss B or C Permit

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Integrity, discretion, and attention to detail

 

Additional Skills

 

• Experience with cross-border investigations, capital markets, or regulatory compliance

• Knowledge of Swiss and international legal/financial frameworks

• Technical proficiency for digital forensics or financial analysis roles
